They are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne through three hospital campuses, a large network of community programs and 16 statewide services. Alfred Health acts as the coordinating partner for the RECSI consortium. The project is a collaboration between the Alfred Emergency Academic Centre and the Alfred Intensive Care Unit Academic Centre providing technical and research expertise in health services management, emergency and critical care.
